If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're always happy to help.
A satisfied customer is a loyal customer and we are willing to do whatever we can to make your purchase with us the best possible experience.
We stock products from suppliers all around the world, and sometimes this can mean we put our trust in their workmanship. Not everyone has the same customer service focus that we have and as such we are willing to work with you in any way possible to make sure you feel like your purchase has been satisfactory.
If you do have any problems or concern with the products you have purchased, please contact us immediately so that we can help you. We can't fix what we don't know about. We are always eager to hear from our customers and happy to help where we can.
The following guidelines exist for returns, refunds and shipping.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to include have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you discover 30 days has expired and there is good reason for the return, please still get in touch and we will see if there is anything we can do.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We have a wide variety of products available, and these often come from a variety of sources. As such several approaches need to be taken depending on where the product is being distributed from.
All products include shipping costs in their prices.
Products shipped by us here at The Jade Table/Arjade Productions will be dispatched as soon as possible and you will be notified in a timely fashion, this notification will include an estimated date of arrival. We are located in Australia and are limited to the post options available through the Australian Postal System.
Products shipped by other suppliers will have their shipping fees absorbed into the products listed price. How and when these products are shipped is unfortunately out of our control. We will do our best to keep you informed throughout the delivery process. There may be some instances where you have ordered multiple products from our store and they are being shipped by a variety of different distributors. In this instance you will receive multiple shipments. Should any items be damaged or delayed please get in contact with us immediately. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
